Based in Sydenham city of Canterbury, New Zealand, Shamrock Industries Limited was formed as a result of merging the experience and excellence of Rathgen Tool and Die and Peco Engineering in March 2000. Shamrock Industries offers a wide range of metal working solutions: plastic injection moulding, welding equipment and welding machine repairs to a growing number of both national and international clients.
Their company has years of experience in the manufacture of Rubber Mould Tools. They manufacture these rubber mould tools especially for the dairy, mining, automotive and marine, as well as for the civil construction industrial groups. Some of the mouldings offered by the company include milking machine liners and animal feeder teats, abrasion resistant liner pads, engine and motor mounts, numerous industrial bushes, glands, grommets, washers, plugs and seals and vibration isolators and expansion pads.
Shamrock Industries assembles moulds of up to 500kg and even larger mass. These rubber mould tools are either custom designed by Shamrock or produced from the drawings supplied by the clients. By keeping in touch via email or disk, the company gets the tool design confirmed by the clients. Alternatively, the company can also enter finished directly to manufacture.
Throughout the manufacturing stage, specification compliance is supported by Shamrock’s ISO based Quality Management System to provide a quality assured product.
