These are cost effective welding tractors provided by Carbines Engineering that are able to use a welding torch such that it can be engineered to travel with different kinds of weaves and straight-line welds. With this feature, the operator has the option of joining plates or hard facing patterns with the simple use of a switch.
These tractors can be programmed to suit different patterns. They are easy to operate and made locally. They can also therefore be easily customised in the use of special projects. These tractors are provided with motors that are three phase and come with variable speed drives.
These welding tractor units can also be used with a cutting touch and allow the units to perform straight line cuts. These systems come with a carriage, a framework for a wire feeder and drive wheels. There is an aluminium track provided along side. The carriage has a side linear drive that carries the cutter. These units are able to support a variety of wire feeders and use welding products chosen by the customers
